Is it easy to install your products?
Certainly, each product is designed and engineered in such a way as to facilitate installation. Furthermore, for products that require specific assembly, we will provide you with a QR code within which it will be possible to find detailed digital instructions.
What do you mean by Hot Climate Intake (BMW Fxx)?
Hot Climate Intake defines the rubber duct (original BMW) which allows a greater flow of fresh air to the filter box. It is positioned behind the front headlights of the car by connecting the front air intakes (kidneys) with the airbox.
However, some cars DO NOT have this component as standard, it is therefore necessary to check its presence before purchasing the compatible product.
How do I know if my car is prepared for Hot Climate Intake (BMW Fxx)?
It will take a few minutes to check if your car is set up for this component.
Stand in front of the front kidneys of your car and, looking behind them, inspect the plastic adjacent to the radiator. There are two possible situations:
- a small grid is mounted on the plastic. Your vehicle is set up with Hot Climate Intake
- an interlocking cap is mounted on the plastic. Your vehicle is NOT set up with Hot Climate Intake
If your car is fitted with an N55 / N57 engine then it will have provision on the right hand side (looking at the car from the front). All other models will have left-hand side pre-installation (looking at the car from the front).

The colors that can be viewed on the site are a small part of those we have available. In case you would like to have a specific shade, do not hesitate to contact us, we will provide you with the complete list.

I live in a place that is difficult to reach, does your courier have the possibility of delivering up to here?
Our shipments cover the entire Italian territory, however for greater security, do not hesitate to contact us indicating the address. We will interface with the courier to provide you with more precise information.
I live in a non-EU country, does your courier have the possibility to deliver to my country too?
If you live in a non-EU country, do not hesitate to contact us by providing your address. We will ask the courier for a dedicated quote to obtain specific prices and times.
Will I pay customs duties if I live in a non-EU country?
The order summary does not include customs fees for non-EU countries. It is not possible for us to calculate this amount, however it is possible that at the time of delivery they are requested by the courier.
Where can I see the status of my order?
It is possible to view the order status through the appropriate section of your account. Here you will find all the main information about the order.
How can I track the shipment of my order?
It is possible to view the progress of the shipment in the "Orders" section of your account. It is also possible to use the tracking code provided by email directly on the courier's website or app.
Does my order qualify for free shipping?

How can I request an invoice for my order?
You can request an invoice for your order by simply contacting us by email. Subsequently we will issue it following the data entered during checkout. However, for greater security, we recommend that you also include billing data in the body of the email.
